AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all Buyers. Good Shepherd Farm Alpacas (GSFA) is an independent alpaca farm which
from time to time hosts a website where individuals can bid on for sale alpacas. GSFA makes no warranties as to the fitness for a
particular purpose, any warranties to merchantability, any representation as to the health of the alpacas listed on its website, or any
warranties in addition to what is stated on this webpage. Payment must be made within 3 days. Financing terms are available.
1. The following terms and conditions, as amended by any posted notices or announcements by the site administrator and or
administrators during the auction will constitute the entire agreement between GSFA and the buyer.
2. Every effort has been made to ensure the correctness of the GSFA auction website listings.
3. Any representation or information presented by GSFA in any advertisements or announcements or other medium employed does not
constitute a warranty, guarantee or representation from GSFA regarding or determining whether to enter the alpaca in the auction.
4. Buyer agrees to hold GSFA harmless and free from any liability for any defect or problem in quality of alpaca entered in the auction.
5. GSFA states that all information submitted is accurate and true to the best of there knowledge. GSFA will not be held responsible for
any discrepancies or errors and / or omissions and do not assume any liability on its part or the part of the seller for any written or
verbal statements made regarding any alpacas listed for sale.
6. Neither this auction site designer, website administrators or any agents in any way, make any representation or warranties with
respect to the sale of any listed alpaca. Any an all warranties listed are solely made by the seller. Any person entering the auction
website as an observer or participant in any way shall do so at there own risk, and no liability, duties or obligations and / or
responsibilities shall be imposed on GSFA, their administrators or designers for any injuries, accidents, theft or any harm regardless of
cause.
7. Any dispute between buyer and GSFA will be governed by the then said laws of the state of West Virginia.
8. All sales constitute a contract between buyer and seller only of each alpaca sold. Buyers and Sellers will enter into a contract.
9. GSFA reserves the option to make changes and amendments to the terms and conditions of the auction and to make updates and
changes to the alpacas listed for sale in the auction. Buyers are instructed to refer to the website frequently for updates and
amendments.
10. The above terms and conditions apply to all Buyers while either list alpaca(s) for sale on the GSFA auction website.
11.By placing a bid, bidder / buyer signifies agreement to all buyer terms and conditions and all auction terms and conditions.
WARRANTIES
A. Proven Producer - A proven producer is a female which has already given birth to a live cria. Proven producers will be considered to
be fertile. There are no expressed or implied warranties for proven producers
B. Cria at Side - There are no express or implied warranties for cria sold with dam.
C. Bred Maiden - A bred maiden is a female which has not given birth to a live cria and is determined to be pregnant. There are no
expressed or implied warranties for bred maidens
D. Maiden Female - Young female, that has not been previously bred. Maiden females sold as individual lots are warrantied to have the
ability to become pregnant. There are no express or implied warranties for maiden females.
E. Proven Male - A proven male is a male which has settled a female or which has been tested to be fertile. Proven
males will be considered to be fertile. There are no expressed or implied warranties for proven males.
F. Young Male - Young males, males that are not of breeding age. There are not expressed or implied warrantie
