On Monday, September 17th, 2007 we met with WV Gov. Joe Manchin to
here him proclaim Sept.29th as Alpaca Farm Day in West Virginia. This
coincides with National Alpaca Farm Day. We were very excited to meet
the Governor and pleased to be apart of the ceremony.
On Alpaca Farm Day we open the gates to our farm and invite everyone
to come out to our farm and enjoy these wonderful creatures. We expect it
to grow every year with fun activities for children and demonstrations and
seminars covering the alpaca industry.
